About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join their dynamic and growing team. The CMO will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for promoting a positive image of the hospital within the community, inspiring a culture of engagement among providers, and ensuring the highest quality of medical care and service. This role involves close collaboration with the executive team on strategic initiatives, leading provider recruitment and development, and managing the medical staff office. The CMO will also be involved in the District's quality program, risk management, and will serve as a liaison between the medical staff and the Board of Commissioners. Candidates for the CMO position at the company must have a Doctoral degree in Medicine, be a licensed physician in Washington State, and have a minimum of 3 years' previous leadership experience in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical standards, person-centered care, and a proven track record of fostering positive relationships with community providers. The CMO will be expected to maintain all necessary certifications and comply with ethical and legal requirements. Additional qualifications include BLS and ACLS certifications, with a preference for Board Certification. The role requires a candidate who is in good general health, emotionally stable, and able to work effectively with staff in a fast-paced environment.
