13 weeks… Every other weekend (Sat/Sun)… Primary Unit: PICU Will float to Pediatrics, and NICU if needed for an appropriate assignment (Confirm floating with traveler)... There may be additional float units based on skill set and hospital needs… HARD STOP: Must have 2+ years of PICU critical care experience with 1 year of cardiac experience. Both must be documented on skills checklist Must be competent to care for CT patients with ASD (arterial septal defect), VSD (ventricular septal defect), AV Canal Defect, Valve replacements, Glenn and Fontan procedures, TOF (Tetralogy of Fallot), s/p cardiac cath and ablations, cardiac transplant, post cardiac surgery... Medtronic pacemakers, Tele monitoring REQ Experience in BIPAP/CPAP, vents, high flow nasal cannula, trachs REQ Patient Ratio: 1:2+ (Confirm with traveler)... 19 beds on the unit… BLS & PALS required; NRP preferred Charting System: EPIC… First time travelers are not accepted… Scrub color Navy Blue… About Prime StaffingAt Prime Staffing, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates.
