Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy services within a K-12 virtual school setting. This role focuses on providing bilingual speech-language support, with a current emphasis on Spanish language skills to serve students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct teletherapy and telespeech sessions with K-12 students addressing speech and language needs.
  • Perform evaluations and deliver interventions virtually, managing a caseload of approximately two to three evaluations per week.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student progress and adjust therapy plans based on individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ply with all licensing and educational guidelines.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Virginia license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred to meet current district needs; other bilingual skills are also considered.
  • Experience in teletherapy or telespeech services within an educational setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to work part-time on an as-needed basis with flexibility to plete evaluations virtually.
