Overview Senior Salesforce QA Engineer Milwaukee, WI 6+ Month Contract Client is seeking a Sr Test Specialist QA Engineer with expert-level Quality Assurance knowledge, strong Salesforce testing experience, and extensive test automation background. The role leads testing strategies, oversees execution, manages quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement across Salesforce implementations. Responsibilities Lead development of test strategies and end-to-end test planning, including data, environments, and use case definitions. Oversee test execution, stakeholder reviews, and go/no-go decisions. Assist teams with automation, documentation, and root cause analysis. Manage defect life cycle, triage issues, and analyze defect metrics and trends. Monitor quality release by release and identify testing process improvements. Interact with business teams to define testing approaches for initiatives. Develop, execute, and automate test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications. Support all testing types—system, regression, functional, end-to-end, data integrity, and performance. Provide workshops and training on user acceptance testing practices. Ensure governance, best practices, and adequate test coverage. Configure and manage test environments and related data. Analyze system architecture for testability and build endpoint simulations when required. Manage and administer enterprise test tools. Requirements 3+ years of testing experience with Salesforce Platform (Service Cloud strongly desired). Expert-level understanding of Quality Assurance fundamentals. Extensive experience with test automation (Tosca, Selenium, etc.). Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., jMeter, Gatling). Experience with enterprise test management tools (Jira, qTest). Tosca Certification Levels 1 & 2 (preferred). Strong understanding of Agile practices. Basic software development and scripting skills. Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilities. Ability to adapt to change, manage competing priorities, and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Demonstrates integrity, openness, and respect in interactions with others.
