Job Description Hana Solution Architect – Take ownership of the solution, develop solution strategy, and independently drive the engagement from a solution standpoint. Thought leadership - Hana Expert capable of synthesizing technical needs with business requirements for new engagements. Understand use cases, fit solutions on the Hana platform, and recommend appropriate BI tools for analytics use cases. Relevant experience with at least 1-2 similar engagements. Technical Skills: SAP HANA, SAP HANA XS, BI Data Modeling & solutioning, BI EDW concepts. Strong experience in requirements gathering from business combined with HANA design. Design and develop SAP HANA Information Models. Design and define HANA views and data flow for ER models. Extensive experience with SQL Script, PL/SQL, stored procedures, function calls, table design, data loads, and building HANA views (Attribute, Analytical, & Calc views). Knowledge of the Supply Chain domain is desirable. Provide performance tuning recommendations. Experience with Agile methodology. Willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; relevant experience may substitute for education. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
