What You’ll Lead

As the Regional Property Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence across your assigned portfolio by:

  • Overseeing daily operations: maintenance, leasing performance, resident experience, compliance, and overall asset health.
  • Building strong, high-performing on-site teams — coaching, developing, and elevating talent.
  • Creating and executing leasing and marketing strategies that maximize NOI and occupancy.
  • Owning annual budgets, forecasting, expense control, and property-level financial performance.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring all communities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Serving as a key liaison for contractors, city partners, and internal leadership.
  • Delivering reporting, insights, and portfolio analytics to senior leadership.

What You’ll Drive

Your day-to-day impact will include:

  • Leading lease negotiations, renewals, and resident retention strategies.
  • Implementing cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.
  • Managing legal and risk-related matters and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Leveraging technology and property management systems to streamline workflows and drive data-based decisions.
  • Strengthening tenant relationships and fostering a positive resident culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of proven success in property management, preferably overseeing multi-site portfolios.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Professional certifications such as CPM or ARM are a major plus.
  • Strong financial, operational, and leadership acumen.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Oakland or Bay Area housing markets is a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy operators with experience in Yardi , EliseAI , and MS Office.
