Personal Home Assistants Wanted

Are you known for your friendliness and energy? Do you love helping others and making new friends? ABI Resources wants you on our team! We're hiring personal home assistants to work one-on-one with clients. No experience needed we provide all the training. Do you have experience in retail, hospitality, administration, education, customer support, or any other field? Your skills are valuable in home healthcare!

No prior experience in healthcare is necessary we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals with brain injuries and other disabilities in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Support: Assist clients in all aspects of home and community life, ensuring safety and promoting independence.
• Professional Friendship: Establish a healthy, supportive bond with clients.
• Daily Living Assistance: Help with personal hygiene, dressing, and maintaining a clean, organized living space.
• Health and Wellness Management: Coordinate and attend medical appointments, encourage consistent exercise, and facilitate social activities.

Schedule Types:

• Full-time | Part-time
• Weekday and Weekend schedules available
• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with disabilities (not required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Minimum age of 18
• Pass a drug screening and background check
• Provide a letter from a personal or professional reference verifying experience
