We’re hiring a dependable CDL Driver to join our paving crew. This is a hands-on role: you’ll operate dump trucks and haul materials/equipment, but you’ll also help the crew on the ground when needed. Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks and haul materials (HMA, ABC, millings, equipment, etc.)
• Assist with loading/unloading and maintaining equipment
• Perform daily truck inspections and basic maintenance
• Help the paving crew with labor tasks when not driving
• Follow safe work practices and maintain DOT compliance
• Communicate clearly with foremen and project managers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record
• Able to perform physical labor when needed
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience in paving or construction preferred but not required
• Able to work in outdoor conditions and occasionally long days during peak season

Compensation

• $24–$30/hr depending on experience
• Overtime opportunities during peak season

Seasonal Note

Our main operations are in coastal NC. Our leadership team temporarily relocates to Utah during the summer season. Depend­ing on interest and performance, there may be opportunities to join the team during that season or continue working locally. We’ll cover details in the interview.
