Job Details

Education: JD required, Illinois Bar admission
Location: Chicago - on site
Practice Area: Investment Funds Regulatory
Top tier academic credentials and GPA

Key Focus: Investment management regulatory compliance, securities filings, fund structuring, and advisory services

Responsibilities:

• Analyze investment vehicle documentation and operational agreements
• Counsel clients on regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
• Draft regulatory submissions and government filings
• Navigate regulatory inquiries and enforcement proceedings
• Support fund launches, structuring initiatives, and deal execution
• Provide strategic counsel to investment managers and capital providers
