Job Description
• Ensure Projects are completed per plans, specs, contracts & Company standards.
• Interact closely with customers, architects, and engineers in a professional manner.
• Run weekly Superintendent & Foreman meetings if applicable as well as hold onsite meetings to review manpower, schedules, equipment, etc.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite under OSHA Standards
• Clear communication daily with Project Manager to update job schedules and progress.
• Pro-Active customer communication
• Ability to offer solutions to unsolved problems.
• Schedule and manage inspections.
• All jobs meet labor production goals.
• All jobs meet schedule goals.
• Put the right people in the right positions and delegation.
• Coordinate subcontractors or crew manpower and logistics.
• Ability to supervise and lead employees as well as subcontractors.
• Work hands on in multiple construction disciplines while in supervision role.
*Job Requirements:*
• Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, drawings and other contract documents required.
• Requires superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
• Requires the ability to work with and have knowledge of the shop drawing submittal process.
• Requires the ability to read and comprehend building plans and specifications.
• Requires the ability to comprehend and recognize safety standards and issues.
• Requires the ability to determine the priority of assignments based on critical path and project deadlines.
• Requires the ability to resolve field-initiated questions.
• Must possess strengths in verbal and written communications; ability to adapt communications/presentations and deliver clear and concise reports and analysis to senior management.
• Requires the ability to meet deadlines and work with a structured corporate environment.
• Requires the ability to be self-motivated and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Requires ability to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information.

*Education and Experience:*
• Requires Construction Management or related College degree, and/or possess equivalent 7+ years of related experience
• Experience with industrial/commercial/healthcare is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
