Job Overview Updated: November 19, 2025 Location: Saint Louis, MO, United States Job ID: 12740 Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will operate as the subject‑matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the client’s products. The FRM analyzes reimbursement and access issues and act as the local access and reimbursement resource for other field force personnel and region management, collaborating cross‑functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Public Affairs, State and Government Affairs, Trade and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts while adhering to corporate and industry policy and procedures. Responsibilities Analyze access/reimbursement issues Provide product access/reimbursement education to HCP offices Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams upon approved direction Provide education and support on Specialty Pharmacy issues for pharmacy benefit products Provide information to HCP on how the products are covered under the benefit design (Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid) Support patient access to the product by providing subject matter expertise on payer coverage issues impacting product access in a manner that complies with policies, processes and standard operating procedures Qualifications 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotech experience 2+ years of experience in pharmacy, specialty pharmaceutical sales, reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy & distribution, or patient support services Ability to solve access issues related to both specialty pharmacy and medical benefit products Endocrinology experience preferred Local and national travel required for this position Ability to operate as a “team player” in collaborating with multiple sales representatives, sales leadership, and internal colleagues to reach common goals Benefits Competitive compensation package Health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Company match 401(k) Flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time COVID‑19 vaccination policy – employees encouraged to be fully vaccinated; proof of vaccination may be required by local or customer mandates Syneos Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
