Qualifications Minimum of 9 years with a Bachelors’ degree, or 12 years of relevant experience with no degree Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance Solid understanding of SQL queries and database structures including data aggregation Understanding of ETL processes and data enrichment and the ability to use code to hit APIs to pull back data for analysis Experience with Python coding to include the ability to: Write functions and document code, Understand and use code repositories (e.g. GitHub), Manage data environments and use data science packages (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, or similar) Great to have Experience with Spark Experience with AWS Experience with chron jobs and scheduling Ability to write API wrappers Telecom/Signaling knowledge Targeting experience
