We are a respected and growing Hudson Valley law firm seeking a skilled *Commercial Litigation Attorney* to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong advocacy skills, exceptional writing ability, and experience handling complex business disputes from initial claim assessment through trial or resolution.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage all phases of commercial and civil litigation matters
* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
* Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
* Analyze legal issues and provide sound, business-oriented advice
* Collaborate with clients, outside counsel, and internal teams
* Develop litigation strategies that align with client goals
* Maintain meticulous case documentation and meet tight deadlines

*Qualifications*

* J.D. from an accredited law school
* Admission to the New York State Bar
* Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
* Proven experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, contract claims, or related areas
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
* Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
