Chariton Valley Broadband, LLC is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our team. Following our mission, Keeping You Connected, Chariton Valley has provided state-of-the-art communication solutions to businesses and residents in Northeast Missouri for 70 years.

• 
  Reconcile cash accounts
  


• 
  Process accounts payable
  


• 
  Post journal entries
  


• 
  Process payroll
  


• 
  Manage membership/capital credits
  


• 
  Collaboration with other Craft classifications and Management to meet schedules and quality objectives
  


• 
  Perform other related duties as assigned by Management 
  

• 
  Preferred: Degree in Accounting or Business, or at least four (4) years of experience in accounting and/or finance, or business
  


• 
  At least two (2) years of experience in customer service
  


• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and a 10-key calculator
  


• 
  Exceptional attention to detail
  


• 
  Ability to work effectively as a team member

• 
  Demonstrate continued satisfactory progress in overall job knowledge, specifically in the ability to develop skills in line with technological advancements
  


•
