Responsibilities Process New and Used Vehicle contracts in a timely manner, especially at the end of the month Payoff trades vehicles as soon as funding comes through Process Dealer Trades, Reconcile flooring Reconcile scheduled weekly and monthly, and maintain clean schedules Cancel and reconcile warranties Reconcile commissions/bonuses Process wholesale sales Qualifications Minimum 2 years automotive accounting experience / automotive experience Excellent computer skills Detail-oriented and able to perform in a highly fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with ability to research and follow-through Professional and dependable Friendly demeanor and a goal to further their career CDK/ADP experience preferred Benefits 401k Dental Insurance Vision Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid Vacation On the job training Pay based on automotive experience.
