The Opportunity Pay: $13.40 - $17.00 The Life Enrichment (Activities) Program Director is responsible for ensuring a well-rounded, evidence-based activities and recreation program for residents. What You’ll Do Plan, schedule, and implement an innovative, evidence-based activity program, seven days per week, with at least five programs per day, including one evening program. Collaborate with marketing, food service, administrative, and other departments to ensure quality resident programming. Organize and conduct outings, driving residents to and from events using the community vehicle. Promote participation and individual resident interaction by understanding interests and tailoring programs. Arrange religious observances and in-house services. Coordinate the development and distribution of the in-house newsletter. Assist in orienting new residents and communicate regularly with their families. Develop community outreach programs and contribute to marketing efforts. Conduct resident programming interviews and facilitate community meetings. Manage the department budget and lead volunteers.
