We are looking for an entry-level Accountant to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with managing and organizing accounting documents and files for easy access and reference.
• Support accounts payable processes, including invoice review and payment tracking.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as recording and monitoring incoming payments.
• Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with account reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.
• Collaborate with team members to support various accounting functions as needed.
• Participate in periodic audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information at all times.• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and journal entries.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Proficiency in performing bank and account reconciliations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
• Prior experience or coursework in accounting is preferred but not required.
